Why First Hour exists

First Hour grew out of seasons of burnout, anxiety, and cancer, and the realization that the life we keep putting off is the one we're already living.
We make coffee, share honest conversations, and build tools for people who are ready to stop waiting. Every bag helps us build the bigger picture, including our plan to give back.

Which roast should I choose?
Foundation is our dark roast, with notes of caramel and dark chocolate. Pursuit is our medium roast, with notes of chocolate, natural sweetness, and a creamy finish. Still unsure? The Roast Finder takes about two minutes.
When will my order arrive?
Orders usually ship within 1 to 2 business days, and delivery generally takes 2 to 7 business days after shipping. You'll get tracking by email once it ships. We currently ship within the United States.
How do subscriptions work?
Choose Subscribe on the coffee you want, then pick monthly or bi-weekly delivery. The subscription price is shown on the card before you add to cart.
What if something is wrong with my order?
Email support@firsthourco.com within 14 days of receiving it. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, or there's a quality issue, we'll replace it or issue a refund when appropriate. Because coffee is a food product, we can't accept returns on opened bags.
